Bestia Nocturna are nocturnal predators with sleek, fur-covered bodies, elongated limbs, and eyes that glow with bioluminescent violet light. They stand approximately seven feet tall when upright but hunt primarily on all fours. These creatures possess supernatural speed and can scale walls with ease, making them threats even in fortified areas. Bestia Nocturna hunts in coordinated packs, using telepathic communication to ambush prey. Their claws carry a paralytic toxin that immobilizes victims within seconds. They're particularly dangerous during moonless nights when their bioluminescent eyes become nearly invisible. While they fear direct sunlight and fire, their resilience makes them difficult to kill—only coordinated attacks from multiple armed adventurers can reliably take down a pack. They primarily target settlements in outer areas but have been known to infiltrate during magical disturbances.
