The black market where anything can be bought: illegal magic, forbidden knowledge, stolen goods, information. Magical items: Tier 2-3 illegal enchantments, depleted crystals still usable for minor boosts, magical artifacts from noble thefts. Information: Bounties, secrets, Magisterium raid schedules, unaligned locations. Dangers: Magisterium raids (attempted monthly), violence between dealers, counterfeit items, informants.
