RECRUITMENT HALL Magisterium's recruitment center in Ring 4. Assessment Center identifies magical potential; Interview Rooms facilitate patronage offers from noble houses, temples, guilds, and cults. Process: Identification, assessment (source, tier, potential), patronage offers, bonding ceremony, training begins. Most accept patronage—only path to Tier 3+. Refusals become unaligned and are hunted. Bonds lock mages to patrons' service. The Hall is where the Gilded Cage is maintained, one young mage at a time.
